Eat plan

I am 16 years old. 189cm and 137kg. I am a prop in our rugby team. We practice during the school term from Monday-Thursday. We do fitness, agilitay and gim training. I am lactose intollerant, and I thing wheat to. I feel I am overweight and need a eatplan. Could you help, please?
