Ex and I share responsibility of the minor children (including a toddler) however, we live in different provinces. The court order states that we have shared responsibility and that we should alternate holidays with the children. I feel very apprehensive about allowing the children to go all the way to a different province with their father as I do not trust him at all and he constantly throws the court order in my face basically telling me that I can do nothing about him taking the children. Is there anything I can do (taking into account that the courts have already closed). I have a protection order but it only covers myself and not the children, Thank you so much Not what you were looking for?
