8 glasses of water replacement

Alright, so we all know you need to drink 8 glasses of water per day etc etc etc. But water is gross. I cannot drink it. For some reason I would rather get a papercut between my fingers than drink water - purified or otherwise. So, does juice count? 100% juices, juice mixed from concentrates or tea (with minimal sugar)?

Dear JuiceBox
No we don't need 8 glasses of water a day! What adults require is a LIQUID intake of 2,5 litres (10 cups) a day. Liquid can include any type of clean water (which you dislike) or coffee, tea, rooibos tea, milk, fruit juice (dilute the fruit juices so reduce the energy content), and cold drinks. If you are already drinking 4-6 cups of tea a day (1,5 litres) then you only need to add another 4 cups of another liquid to make up your quota for the day. Do not try drinking 8 glasses of additional liquid daily over and above your normal intake of liquids, because this can lead to electrolyte imbalances and wash important minerals like potassium, sodium, magnesium and even calcium out of the body. Moderation is the key!

Some juice has sugar and all that sugar is not good for you.
You can try to dilute the juice with water.
Try adding some lemon jucie to you water and see if that helps, you can also drink some green tea which will be better for you then juice.
