6yr old''s ankles

I have noticed that when my 6yr old walks. Her inner ankles seem to go in. Why is this?

It is possible that the tendons that supports her ankles are laxed. To evaluate if there is any problem, you can take her to your doctor for an examination and x-rays. This will determine if she has a connective tissue disorder.
