Hi! Based on the detailed description this could be possible hyperacusis {an over-sensitivity to certain frequency ranges of sound, specifically a reduced tolerance to normal environmental sound}. Hyperacusis may also be related to other conditions. However, this is not conclusive in the least and mere speculation at best. It could possibly be behavioral which could pass in time, if this is the case then just be sensitive to her needs.
