5 ceaser

Hi, i am 36 years old and already have 4 ceasers, is it possible to get pregnant again and is it save? What complications can happen during the pregnancy?

You could fall pregnant again, but there are risks in the pregnancy of rupture of the uterus and, with the next caesarean, of damage to bowel and bladder as there will be scar tissue from the previous surgery. The placenta could also grow into the scar and become 'stuck'which would necessitate a hysterectomy.
