19yr old son

My 19yr old son who is active, tall and lean (no fat just muscle) suffers quite often with feeling a little light headed. Why would this be, he is healthy otherwise ?

Thank you

Hi Karen,

It is worth him going to see his GP and having a full medical check-up. Light-headedness could be many things and it is better to not speculate.
