14 year teen suffering from head aches

Hi
Please help me. My 14 year old teen boy is suffering from head aches morning, during the day and evenings.
So far I have tryed to ask him to drink losts of water now and then. We''ve been using Panado as he was told not to use disprin / asprin. Please give advise.
He plays rugby as winter sport and plays cricket for summer sport, this is just giving an idea of him (active).

Regards
Xoli
