It is unfortunately not possible to keep track of all the different diets and over-the-counter diet products that are launched every week! If the 13-day diet is balanced, not too low in energy and includes all the food groups, then it is probably safe to use. If not, then it may pose a risk.

Water, water, water and fresh produce. Do include fatty fish such as salmon, your body needs the omega 3. Broccoli, cabbage, potatoes and rice are also good. Be aware of added ingredients to any pre-made food ( such as preservatives). Swap margarine for butter ( the previous is just bad!) and snack on things like carrots and celery. Also include plenty of herbs in your meals, they are a lot healthier than the so called " sauces"  one gets from the shop. One last tip: if you can, stay away from bread.
