Super-sized fizzy drinks are loaded with calories

You may think super-sized fizzy drinks are good value for the money, but at what cost to your health?


According to the US Marion County Medical Centre, a giant fizzy drink may add 400 to 500 calories to your daily diet, which could result in a 18 to 23 kg weight gain over the span of one year.

So, the next time a snack-bar vendor tells you about a great deal on super-sized fizzy drinks, save your change and spare the extra calories.
