During many of your day-to-day tasks, your brain is on autopilot and not getting the exercise it should. This is not good for you. 

Take action:

Research shows that people with mental agility tend to have lower rates of Alzheimer’s disease and age-related mental decline. Try doing neurobics (exercises that stimulate areas of the brain not used to working).

These include brushing your teeth with your other hand, taking a new route to work or choosing your clothes based on sense of touch rather than sight.
