fatigue – a common problem, which could have a myriad of causes.

Be aware of the common causes of chronic fatigue – maybe the solution
is a lot simpler than you think: lack of sleep is often the primary
cause – make sure that you are getting sufficient sleep to suit your
lifestyle and life stage; lack of exercise could be at the root of your
problem – work out or play sport three to four times a week; many
different physical and mental illnesses can make you feel tired –
consult your doctor and specifically ask him/her to investigate thyroid
function; diet can also play a major role in combating tiredness – for example, could you be suffering from iron-deficiency anaemia? The first step to more energy is to make sure that your diet is balanced.
