The surprising health benefits of beer

Beer. Men love it, and so do an increasingly large number of women. It’s refreshing, light and ideal for a quick, easy tipple. Plus, while it might not fit perfectly into the low-carb lifestyle, it isn’t as bad as you might think, and it does have some surprising health benefits of its own.

Firstly, beer has a lot more in it than booze and bubbles, it’s also full of vitamins, vitamin B in particular as well as some very useful proteins.
There’s a common urban myth that Beer is the only fluid you can live off of. That is certainly not entirely true, and we don’t suggest you try it at home, but there is some logic behind it.
