There comes a point in every person’s life when they decide they need to lose weight, and they need to lose it now.

Perhaps most famous is Beyonce’s booty-shifting maple syrup diet which involved consuming nothing but sweetened water for a fortnight.

These days many people are firmly set on cutting out carbs in their entirety, usually to substantial affect, but two weeks down the line when they just can’t avoid pizza anymore the weight piles back on.

There are many ways to lose weight, but all of them need to be done carefully. By gradually adapting your lifestyle to suit your needs, you can keep losing weight until you’re as slim and slender as you like.
