We all enjoy snacking, whether it’s in front of the telly, at our desks or while reading a good book. Snacking is not all bad if you do it in moderation and know when to stop.
Take action:
The next time you feel like noshing, dish up your snack instead of eating it out of the original container. Research shows that people who eat out of the original container do not stop until they are they reach the bottom of the empty. And most times the hand-to-mouth action is involuntary, especially when your attention is focused on something else.
