When backache strikes

accreditation

When a backache due to a muscle spasm strikes, our first thought is to keep as still as possible. However, experts warn it is never advisable to stop moving just because your back hurts.

Take Action:

Studies have shown that people who take to their beds with backache take longest to recover. Avoid bed-rest and continue normal activities as much as possible to work through it faster.
