Run, but not too far

Exercise. Some people love it, most people hate it. Going for a jog around the block is rarely a bad idea. It get's the heart pumping, increases circulation and, of course, burns calories.

This all means that fitting a fair amount of running into your routine is a big step towards a healthier lifestyle. Just be careful, though. New research has gone to suggest that too much running could shorten your lifespan.

So how much is enough? Well, according to the researchers, anything over 30km/week is too much in the long term. Here's what they suggested is the sweet spot. How do you compare?
