Making your own lunch to take to work isn’t just good for your wallet, it can be good for you too, but only if you do it right.

Having total control over what goes into your lunch means there’s no excuse for not eating healthily, and having one properly healthy meal every day is a great step on the road to healthy living.

1.    Fibre-full
Sitting all day at a desk isn’t good for your digestion. Eat plenty of high-fibre foods to prevent constipation or more serious troubles.

2.    Fish, thrice
Eating fish three or more times a week has been shown to significantly reduce your risk of heart disease and degenerative disorders. If you aren’t getting enough at home, fit it into your lunch.
