Keep your feet happy in winter

Winter is time for wrapping up. Scarves, thick socks, wooly hats and thermal underwear are the order of the day, and night.

While staying covered up is great for beating the chills, it might not be so good for your health. Take your feet, for example. Keeping them all cooped up is not just going to make them smell worse than a Pharaoh’s tomb but it’s the perfect breeding for all kind of germs and other nasties. Let them out as often as you can, just don’t get frostbite.
