We’ve all been told time and time again to drink milk. It’s apparently chockfull of vitamins, minerals, energy and everything else you need to live a functional, happy life.

WRONG. Well, maybe.

Brand new research suggests that large quantities of milk are actually pretty bad for you, leading to a range of health problems, including some of the things it’s actually supposed to fix. Here’s how much you shouldn’t be drinking, and what could happen to you if you do.
