You see, alcohol dries things out. It dries your brain out, which gives you a headache, and it dries your skin out, which makes you look like about as attractive as cold porridge the next day.
BUT! This doesn’t mean that should throw out all the wine and succumb to a life of overly self-conscious dancing, there are a number of tips and tricks to keep yourself looking, and feeling, fresh as a daisy the next morning
1. Pop a fish oil supplement to help fight the dehydration
2. Sleep with an extra pillow, this will help drain excess fluid from your head’s lymphatic system, reducing puffiness
3. Pop two warm green tea bags on your eyes for a few minutes and then move them to the sides of your nose for a further two minutes. The caffeine will wake up your skin cells.
