Not getting enough sleep, or the right quality of sleep, can turn you into an unpleasant wreck. It is not that difficult to improve your sleep quality.
Take action:
Start by creating a restful sleeping environment that’s as quiet and dark as possible. Try getting to sleep at the same time every night, aiming for at least eight hours. Invest in a comfortable bed, and avoid caffeine at night. If you fear you really have severe insomnia, you should speak to your doctor or a sleep therapist about alternatives.
