Exercise, how much is too much?

Jogging, swimming, cycling, rowing, weightlifting, yoga. Finding a way to exercise isn’t the problem, but it is difficult to know how much to do.

Not enough and you’re wasting your time, your love handles will keep growing and you’ll get no better at lifting unspecified heavy objects.

Too much exercise, on the other hand, and you could end up doing yourself some real damage and putting your body under undue stress.

So, where’s the sweet spot? Experts suggest it’s around two and a half hours a week of moderate exercise, or half of that for vigorous exercise.
