Don’t become a winter blimp

Winter is the time for padding up with coats and scarves, but it can also become the time for padding up your love handles and thunder thighs. You don’t want that, do you?

Avoiding the winter weight explosion doesn’t have to be a mammoth task, you just have to be smart about it and get on top of it as soon as the first winter chills set in. Leave it too long and you’ll be fighting an uphill battle.

The key? Don’t diet. That’s right. Winter isn’t the time to try and shed 20 kilos, instead you should be focusing on a sustainable, balanced eating plan that keeps you warm and cosy without piling on the pounds. Do this, and you’ll come out of winter way more beach-ready than everybody else.
