Burn, baby, burn. But not really.

It might sounds like a Tom Cruise movie, but burnout is not as fun as it sounds. Not even slightly.

Most of us have to go to work, we need money so that we can buy wheatgrass shots and self-help books, but work isn’t the be all and end all of your life.

Your job can quickly get out of hand and start controlling your life, this can lead to burnout.

The worst part of burnout is that people are often too busy to even realise it’s happening to them, leaving them unhappy and, frequently, unwell. And it’s not just work, your home life, health issues or financial problems can also push you down this slippery slope.
