President Cyril Ramaphosa has given his assurance that the implementation of the National Health Insurance Act will not collapse South Africa.
Presidency spokesperson Vincent Magwenya told News24 Ramaphosa had noted widespread concern over his decision to sign the bill into law at the Union Buildings on Wednesday.
"We are very much aware of the concerns being expressed about the act, and we will be looking at mechanisms that will allow for more consultation and collaboration as we roll out the implementation because we don't want to leave anyone behind.
